Nothing stated or implied in these terms and conditions shall effect the customer's statutory rights. All orders placed by the customer via this website are subject to these terms and conditions and shall be deemed to be an offer by the customer to purchase goods in accordance with such. All terms and conditions are reviewed regularly and are subject to change without notice. 

Pricing & Payment:

All prints and originals are supplied framed. Some are also available as either mounted only or print only. The framed images are shown for illustration purposes only. If a particular print is ordered framed, we reserve the right to supply an equivalent alternative to that which is displayed within the item listing.

All prices quoted on this website are offered in Great Britain Pounds Sterling (GBP) only. 

The prices quoted are inclusive of 20% of United Kingdom VAT and are not subject to any further charges or where applicable Artist Royalty Fees unless specifically stated. This is subject to change without notice.

All prices quoted in this website may be subject to additional shipment (delivery) charge where applicable. Please see our Delivery Charges page for further details.

If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you.

Customs, Import or Brokerage duties are not included, and the customer is solely responsible for any surcharge or duties that may occur upon delivery to their country.

Due to fluctuating market values on Limited Edition Prints, Sculptures and Original Paintings all prices displayed on this website are subject to change without notice, but will not be changed once your order has been confirmed as being accepted by us. In addition, please see the following section regarding orders.

All items offered are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil an order (for whatever reason) you will be notified by either email or telephone and the order shall be cancelled and any monies paid refunded in full. Whilst every effort is made to update stock levels on our website daily, we cannot guarantee that all stock is still available at the time of order.

Although the print edition sizes quoted on our website are generally for UK Editions, we reserve the right to substitute an order with either an International / USA / Roman Numeral / HC / Artist Proof / Printers Proof / Remarque's Edition of the same limited edition print. These editions are identical in every way and the relevant edition numbers are detailed on the accompanying certificate of authenticity.

If a particular item is ordered framed, we reserve the right to supply an alternative to that which is shown. The alternative frame will be of equal quality and value to the example shown on our website. We may also on occasion use Perspex Glaze as an alternative to Glass. This has absolutely no effect on the quality of the finished product and is usually done in order to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

No order submitted by the customer via this website shall be deemed as being accepted by us unless we confirm such by either follow up email, telephone, fax or letter.

Shipment (Delivery):

All orders will normally be shipped from us within five working days of cleared funds being received. Items which are available but are out of stock will take a little longer to dispatch. The customer will be kept fully informed of their order status including where appropriate, consignment tracking numbers via email.

Our normal shipping method is either  by TNT Express or UPS  but on occasion we may elect to choose an alternative.

Delivery of overseas orders may take a little longer than initially estimated and we have no control over this.

Please advise us (Quoting your order reference) if items are not received within five working days.

Our couriers require a signature upon delivery, or the item(s) will be returned to the local depot awaiting further customer instruction. If an item is subsequently returned to ourselves due to none signature or inability to deliver to the address provided, further charges will be payable by the customer for redelivery.

The risk and liability for the item(s) will pass to the customer upon delivery unless the terms set out in the returns section are complied with.

Items can only be delivered to the address supplied upon order placement.

Due to their fragility and the inability to obtain insurance for such, we do not recommend or accept liability for glass framed pictures being shipped to any destination.

Most items will be sent flat packed, although we reserve the right to use circular tubing if appropriate in terms of shipping costs.

All international orders will be shipped unmounted and in either strong circular tubing or flat packed. Please contact us if you require further clarification.

All orders will be delivered to the customer's address on a Monday to Friday only. If the customer would prefer a Saturday delivery, then a further charge for this service will be applicable. 


In the rare event that items are received damaged, the customer must notify us within two days of signing for the consignment. The items must be repackaged in the same way as that sent out. Note, the courier may want to inspect the packaging. We will then make arrangements for their collection. Where possible we shall offer the customer a replacement, however if this is not possible due to the rarity of the item then a full refund will be offered to the customer.

If it is obvious that the packaging is damaged upon receipt, do not sign for the package and refuse it as damaged.

If items are not acceptable for any reason other than that detailed previous, the customer must first obtain authorisation for return within fourteen days of receipt. The customer may then return said items at their own cost (including adequate transit insurance) immediately using the same packaging as sent out.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The above is in compliance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and is applicable for UK customer orders only.
